You hereby warrant, indemnify, and hold PT Gripa Studio Indonesia (Gripastudio), the management, the hosts, and crew of the Gripastudio, harmless, from any claims that may arise as a result of your event.

All prices, rental rates, and service fees published on the gripastudio website, brochures, or other materials are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed price for your booking is the price stated in the official invoice issued to the client.

Gripastudio reserves the right to make changes to the venue layout, available features, add-ons, and website content (including photographic representations and descriptions) at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the venue appearance or available features will exactly match the previous website or promotional representations.

Gripastudio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version to our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.

    Booking process and cancellation policy

Booking request. Before submitting your booking request, please make sure that you, whether acting as an individual or as an authorised representative/person in charge (PIC) appointed by an institution, warrant that the booking details as well as all information that you have provided is accurate, relevant, and up to date. If your event requires lead time for preparation (loading-in, preparation/setup, cleaning up/tear down, loading-out, etc.), please allocate sufficient preparation time into your booking. Please submit your booking request at least 24 hours before the event, as every submission will need to be reviewed by Gripastudio. An email will be sent to you to notify that the request has been submitted.

Facility Additions. You may include in your booking request, additional facilities (add-ons) to enhance your studio experience. All additional facilities are provided “as-is” and are subject to availability; you are encouraged to confirm your requirements at the time of booking, or prior to the event. The rental rate for each add-on is provided at the time of booking and will be calculated based on the duration of your studio booking. Charges for add-ons will be included in the final invoice and must be settled in full prior to the invoice expiry date. You may modify or cancel your request for add-ons up to 24 hours before the event without penalty. You are responsible for the proper use of all additional facilities, and any damage or excessive wear will be charged to you. Gripastudio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our additional facilities.

Review and approval. Every booking request including request to update booking details that has been submitted will be reviewed by Gripastudio, during which Gripastudio may request for more information/clarification, if it is necessary. Depending on the complexity of each event/booking request, the review process may take up more than 24 hours before you will be notified by email, whether your booking has been approved or denied. A notification of rejection will include a reason the booking has been denied.

Additional costs. Any event starting before or ending after the studio operational hours (08:00 - 20:00) will subject to overtime cost of at least IDR 100,000.00 per hour. A one-time IDR 200,000.00 loading charges will be applied as additional cost for loading/unloading heavy equipment/decorations into the studio.

Security deposit. Gripastudio may, during the booking process, request for a refundable security deposit as collateral for the event. Any additional costs incurred will be charged to you by invoice or by deducting the security deposit. Refund of the remainder deposit will follow the refund process.

Payment as confirmation of booking. Notification of approval will include your invoice and payment link. The payment link provides options to either pay the invoice in full or make a down payment (DP), which amounts to 30% of the total invoice. Gripastudio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove the down payment option from the payment link for clients who have been previously flagged for non-commitment (as detailed in the 'Failure to Commit' clause). This includes, but is not limited to, repeated patterns of allowing invoices (with or without DP availability) to expire, then re-booking the same studio and/or the same time slot (or a substantially similar slot) to repeatedly obtain the DP facility. Where such pattern is identified, Gripastudio may require full payment to confirm the booking, may reject the booking request, and/or may apply the “Failure to commit” clause. Upon receipt of payment (full or DP), the booking is confirmed, and the studio will be exclusively reserved for you. If payment is not received by the invoice expiry date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. The DP is not refundable nor transferable to other bookings. If a DP is chosen, the remainder outstanding amount must be paid by the latest 24 hours prior to the event. An event that is yet to be fully paid will be denied access to enter the studio.

Request to update booking details. Any update of booking details must go through the review and approval process. Therefore, any last-minute updates can only be requested via email to [email protected], or through the dedicated client dashboard on our website, at the latest 24 hours before the event. Only the following details can be updated in your booking: time and duration of event, adding/removing facilities/add-ons; please note that these updates are subject to the availability of studio/add-ons as well as potential price change. Any other details can only be changed by cancellation and creating a new booking. Any invoice issued with regard to these updates must immediately be paid in full.

Cancellation and refund. Any request for cancellation must be made via email to [email protected], or through the dedicated client dashboard on our website, at the latest 24 hours before the event. Request for cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the event will entitle for maximum refund 70% of the invoiced amount, however if the request is received less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be processed. Down payment is not refundable, and all payment made is not transferable to other bookings. Gripastudio may withhold part of the amount paid to reimburse any reasonable costs that have incurred in connection with the cancellation. A full refund will be processed only in the event of force majeure, including government-mandated restrictions.

Refund process. Refund will be processed approximately 7 days after the request is validated/approved, after which it will be transferred to your designated bank account. Refund cannot be used/transferred as payment for other bookings. Gripastudio may request for more detailed information/clarity if it is necessary. Bank charges, if any, will be borne by client.

StudioPass. A StudioPass, containing details of your booking, will be issued and emailed to you once the invoice is paid in full. It is sometimes necessary for our crew to validate your StudioPass before entering the studio, kindly show it to our crew upon request.

Failure to commit (booking withdrawal and non-payment). Client who fails to attend the confirmed event (no-show) will be considered as having withdrawn from the booking. All payments made (full or down payment) will be forfeited, and any request for a refund will not be accepted. Gripastudio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to flag, red-flag, or permanently blacklist any client who demonstrates a pattern of non-commitment, including: a no-show without prior notification, or allowing an approved invoice to expire repeatedly without subsequent communication or cancellation. Clients who are blacklisted may no longer be permitted to make future bookings or reuse any Gripastudio facility or service.

Technical meeting. A technical coordination meeting can be arranged at a preferred date and time, either on-site or online, to discuss in detail: rundown of event, seating layout and stage settings, lighting setup, loading/unloading arrangements, etc.

Use of Gripastudio brand/logo or any collaterals. Unless the event is produced or co-produced by Gripastudio, the use of Gripastudio brand/logo in any promotional material, without any prior approval by the management of Gripastudio, is prohibited. Request for the use of Gripastudio brand/logo must be made via email to [email protected], specifying the need, concept, and proposed design.

Booth placement and usage. Each event at Gripastudio is allowed a maximum of one (1) booth, with placement depending on the event’s location. For events in all studios except Poolside, StudioFour, and StudioFive, the booth will be placed in the NineForward hallway. StudioFour and StudioFive events may set up their booth in the Pantry, while Poolside events may set up their booth in the poolside area. The booth may only operate during the event’s duration and must be cleared once the booking time ends. Each booth is limited to a maximum space of 1.5m x 1m and electricity usage is capped at 200 Watt. Selling or distributing cigarettes, vapes, or any harmful substances is strictly prohibited. Any trash left behind by the booth will result in a cleaning fee charged to the PIC of the event. Gripastudio management and crew reserves the right to reject, relocate, or shut down any booth that violates these terms or disrupts studio operations.

    Entering and exiting the studio

Entering the studio. Access to the studio will be made available only at your booking time, as stipulated in your booking and StudioPass. Prior to opening the studio doors, our crew will ensure that the studio has been cleaned, add-ons prepared, and ready for use.

Loading and preparation protocols. You and all of your appointed personnel are expected to exercise extreme caution when loading-in, loading-out, and handling heavy or bulky objects within the premises. Prior written approval from Gripastudio management must be obtained before making any significant decoration, alteration, or moving of fixed studio facilities within the studio or premises. Installation of decorations or objects that may cause damage to the studio premises is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, placing or sticking any object on the studio floor, walls, mirrors, windows, doors, curtains, or screens, and may subject the client to immediate breakage charges. The use or storage of any chemical, toxic, flammable, or hazardous materials (including but not limited to candles and incense) is not permitted inside the premises. You will be fully liable for any damage or cleaning costs resulting from breaches of these protocols.

Third-party vendors and appointed operators. You are solely responsible for the conduct and competence of any third-party vendor, operator, or engineer (collectively, "Vendors") appointed by you to operate at Gripastudio. You shall indemnify Gripastudio from any claims arising from the Vendor’s activities. You are fully responsible for any negligence or misuse of Gripastudio's facilities and equipment (including, but not limited to, art pieces, architectural designs, and all technical gear) causing damage or failure, if caused by your appointed Vendors/operators. Gripastudio reserves the right to request proof of certification, confirmation, or guarantee of capability proving that the appointed engineers/operators are qualified and familiar with the use our specific equipment. You must ensure that all Vendor activities strictly comply with all Gripastudio safety and operational rules and any applicable laws. Gripastudio is not liable for any damages, injuries, delays, or failures caused by the actions or omissions of these appointed Vendors.

Client-supplied equipment and electrical safety. You must declare and obtain prior approval from Gripastudio management for all significant third-party equipment intended to be brought onto the premises, especially any equipment with a power draw exceeding 300 Watt. Equipment that is not approved or is deemed to be high-wattage and a potential risk to the building's electrical safety may be prohibited from use. Unapproved high-wattage equipment or unauthorised power draw devices must not be plugged into any power source within the Gripastudio premises. You are fully and solely liable for any electrical circuit overload, power interruption, fire, or damage to Gripastudio's facilities, equipment, or building infrastructure caused by your failure to declare or the negligent use of your own supplied equipment. All associated repair costs will be immediately chargeable to you.

Event conduct, governance, and contents. While using our premises, you are fully responsible for the governance of your event, including but not limited to maintaining the security, safety, order, and overall conduct of all patrons and surroundings. You must ensure that all activities, contents, and materials presented during their event do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, ethics, or social norms. The sound level produced by the event must not exceed building or operational limits set by Gripastudio and local regulations. Gripastudio reserves the right to stop audio output at any time if it causes disturbance to other tenants or patrons or violates established regulations. Repeated or severe violations of these conduct rules, especially those concerning sound levels or public disturbance, may lead to the immediate termination of the event without any refund of fees paid.

Client responsibility for guests and patrons. As the host or PIC of the event, you are solely responsible for the presence and conduct of all your invited guests and patrons within Gripastudio premises. You must ensure that all guests are informed of and adhere to Gripastudio's house rules, restrictions, and limitations, including, but not limited to, rules inside the studio, on limited parking space, trash free environment, use of common spaces, and respecting other patrons. Any complaint, claim, or issue raised by your guests or patrons regarding their experience within the premises will be directed back to and managed solely by you. Gripastudio will not engage in direct mediation with the guests. Any penalty, charge, or liability issued by Gripastudio management as a result of the negligence, violation, or misuse of our rules and facilities by your guests or patrons must be fully borne and settled by you as the primary contracting party.

Tear down and exit protocol. All activities, including tear down, cleaning, and final loading-out, must be completed and the studio must be fully vacated precisely by the end of the confirmed booking time as stipulated in your StudioPass. You must ensure the studio is left in the same condition as received: clean, trash-free, and orderly. Kindly check all personal belongings before final departure. Any delay in vacating the studio past the booking end time will be immediately charged as an additional rental hour, and if the delay causes disruption or cancellation of the subsequent event's access, Gripastudio management reserves the right to impose an additional delay penalty, the amount of which will be determined solely by management's discretion based on the severity of the operational disruption caused.

Post-event inspection and damage liability. You are responsible for using all Gripastudio facilities and premises with utmost care and full accountability. Following the event's conclusion, our crew will conduct a thorough inspection to identify any items left behind and to assess any damage or inconsistency resulting from your event, including activities related to loading, unloading, and decoration. Gripastudio reserves the right to charge you for any damage, material loss, excessive wear, or required specialised cleaning. The monetary value of these charges will be determined solely by Gripastudio's management evaluation and discretion. All damage costs and charges must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe set by the management team. All costs associated with damages are final and non-negotiable.

Storage, safekeeping, and liability for client property. Gripastudio does not provide any temporary, overnight, or long-term storage or safekeeping facilities. All of your belongings and equipment must be removed entirely from the premises by the end of the booking time. You must not leave any belongings unattended in common areas or outside the booked studio space. You acknowledge that leaving items unattended is done entirely at your own risk. Gripastudio will not accept or sign for any deliveries or incoming items on your behalf prior to, during, or after the event. Gripastudio shall not be held responsible or liable for any risk of damage, loss, theft, or deterioration of any items, equipment, or property belonging to you or your guests, or your Vendors, whether the items are within the premises, in the parking area, or placed in unauthorised storage areas.

Lost and found. Any left-behind items found during post-event inspections will be safe-kept on a best-effort basis for a maximum period of seven (7) days. Unclaimed items after this period may be donated or disposed of. All items are stored "as we found it". Gripastudio does not warrant the condition of the item while in storage and shall not be liable if the item is claimed or taken by a party who is not the rightful owner, as Gripastudio does not undertake to validate the claimant's identity or ownership. All claims for lost and found items, regardless of the item's owner (you or your guest), will only be processed if lodged or at least acknowledged by you, the client (PIC of the event). You or your guest must provide what you consider reasonable proof of ownership for the claimed item; however, the provision of such proof does not impose any additional liability or guarantee of the item's condition or safe return upon Gripastudio. Gripastudio will not entertain or process claims directly lodged by your guests or patrons, reinforcing your role as the single point of contact.

    Care, safety, and convenience

Environmental Commitment and Waste Management. Gripastudio is committed to being an eco-friendly venue. We invite you and your guests to join our "Be the Solution, Not the Pollution" initiative by respecting and maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the premises, both inside the studio and in the surrounding area. As the host of the event, it is in your direct interest to ensure a clean and positive environment for your guests. We encourage efforts to reduce the use of single-use plastics during the event. All waste and trash, generated by your event and your guests, is your sole responsibility. You are required to take all waste away from the premises upon departure. Failure to remove waste or leaving the premises in an unsatisfactory condition will result you being charged additional specialized cleaning and disposal fees, the amount of which will be determined by management's discretion.

Common sense in the common space. You and all your patrons must respect boundaries and be mindful of common and shared spaces (such as hallways, stairs, toilets, lifts, and praying rooms). Appropriate conduct is required at all times (e.g., no shouting, no running, maintaining clear entrances/hallways). Treat common areas as shared public space. No decoration, alteration, or moving of studio facilities or properties in the common space is permitted without prior written approval from Gripastudio's management. You are permitted to display a maximum of one (1) standing banner per event near the entrance of your booked studio. The banner is limited to a maximum width of 100cm. The placement of the banner must not obstruct public access, fire exits, or traffic flow, nor negatively impact the overall aesthetics and safety of the common area. Management reserves the right to request the immediate relocation or removal of any banner deemed non-compliant with these restrictions.

Prohibition of food, drinks, and smoking inside studios. You, as the event host, must inform and remind all your guests and patrons of the strict prohibitions detailed in this clause prior to and throughout the event's duration. The act of bringing in, consuming, or having the presence of any food or beverages (including for purposes such as documentation, staging, or props) is strictly prohibited inside the studio spaces and in any area marked with 'No Food/Drinks' signs, with the sole exception of plain/mineral water. Smoking (including tobacco, vape, or e-cigarettes) is strictly restricted to designated outdoor areas only: under the SimbaTree and in the car park area. All other areas, particularly indoor spaces, are absolutely smoke-free. Any violation of this clause by you or your guests will be considered a material breach of the Terms and Conditions. Gripastudio reserves the right to immediately terminate the event without any refund of fees paid if this prohibition is violated, and you will be liable for any cleaning fees or damages resulting from the violation.

Food sourcing and outside catering restrictions. Gripastudio is home to Bruno Cafe in the Park. We strongly encourage and prefer that you and your guests enjoy food and drinks sourced exclusively from Bruno Cafe, particularly when using cafe-designated seating areas. Bringing or consuming outside food and beverages in areas designated for or managed by Bruno Cafe (which include: GlassLounge, SimbaTree, and the Workspace area) is strictly not permitted. Such action is considered disrespectful conduct toward Bruno Cafe, our authorised food and beverage provider. Any violation of this prohibition will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate imposition of an Outside Food/Catering Fee, the amount of which will be determined at the management's discretion.

Consumption of outside food in designated areas. The consumption of outside food and beverages is strictly limited to specific designated common areas only, to respect the operational requirements of Bruno Cafe and to maintain the premises. The limited areas where outside food and beverages are permitted are: UpperDeck (only upon booking of StudioOne and only usable during your booking hours), Pantry, Poolside, NineForward, and the car park area. Only light snacks and prepackaged food are generally permitted within these designated common areas. Consumption of outside food and beverages remains strictly prohibited in areas designated for or managed by the Cafe (such as GlassLounge, SimbaTree, and the Workspace area), as stipulated in the Food Sourcing clause. You and your guests must leave the designated area AS FOUND, clean and completely free of trash. To avoid a cleaning fine, you must ensure that all waste, including leftovers, empty bottles, food wraps, and any other debris related to outside food and beverages, is removed from the premises and taken away by you. Failure to adhere to these strict cleanliness standards will result in the imposition of a cleaning fine at the discretion of Gripastudio management.

Liability for client-supplied food and hygiene. You, as the event host, are solely and fully responsible for the quality, safety, and hygiene of all outside food and beverages supplied or distributed to your guests, patrons, vendors, or Gripastudio crew. Gripastudio shall not be held responsible or liable for any illness, adverse reaction, injury, loss, or damages whatsoever arising from or connected with the consumption or distribution of food and beverages not sourced directly from Gripastudio or its authorised vendors (i.e., Bruno Cafe).

Absolute prohibition of prohibited items and substances. The use, distribution, safekeeping, or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, prohibited substances, or weapons is strictly and absolutely forbidden within the Gripastudio premises by you, your guests, and all your appointed vendors. Gripastudio maintains a zero-tolerance policy and shall immediately report any detection or suspicion of such items or activities to the relevant authorities. Any violation of this clause by you, your guests, or vendors will be considered a material and immediate breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate termination of the event without refund of any fees paid. You shall be fully liable for any legal consequences arising from the violation.

Pet policy and client responsibility. Gripastudio is generally pet-friendly; however, pets are strictly allowed only in outdoor and specifically designated areas. Pets are not allowed inside any studio space, kitchen, toilet, or indoor common area unless prior written approval is granted by management. You must control and supervise your pets at all times. It is mandatory to keep pets securely on a leash or confined within an appropriate carrier for the safety of the pet, other patrons, and Gripastudio crew. You are responsible for immediately cleaning up and properly disposing of all pet waste generated on the premises. You are fully and solely liable for any damage to property, injury to other patrons or crew, or disruption caused by your pets. Gripastudio reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any pet deemed aggressive or disruptive, without affecting the client's booking obligations.

Parking policy and liability (free but limited). Parking is provided free of charge but is strictly limited to available spaces. When entering the premises, you and your guests must exercise consideration, including slowing down, respecting pedestrians, observing traffic signs, and avoiding honking. Designated spaces are reserved exclusively for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Priority parking (e.g., persons with disabilities or special guests); unauthorized usage of these spaces is prohibited. Engines must be turned off when parking, and vehicles must be secured when unattended. During peak hours or high-demand periods, Gripastudio cannot guarantee accommodation for all vehicles. You and your guests are strongly encouraged to consider carpooling, using public transportation, or arranging drop-off services. We do not offer valet parking services, and our crew is not always available in the parking area for assistance. We do not accept tips for parking services. Gripastudio cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings or the vehicle itself while parked on or around our premises. Parking on the premises is done entirely at the vehicle owner's risk. Any vehicle deemed to be parked without authorization, obstructing access, or violating established rules will be subject to immediate enforcement action, including, but not limited to, being wheel-locked/chained or towed at the owner's sole expense and risk. Use of CCTV and privacy. By entering the Gripastudio premises, you and all your guests implicitly consent to being monitored and recorded by the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system for security and operational purposes only. We are committed to respecting privacy rights. CCTV footage will be retained for a reasonable period, and practical measures will be taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of the recorded data. Footage will not be disclosed to any unauthorized individuals or entities, except as strictly required by law or official law enforcement requests. Gripastudio shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use or reliance on the CCTV system. This includes, but is not limited to, the failure of the system, the accuracy or inaccuracy of the recorded footage, or the non-prevention of security incidents. Gripastudio does not guarantee the continuous operation or effectiveness of the CCTV system.

Use of public Wi-Fi/internet service. Gripastudio provides public Wi-Fi for lawful purposes only. By using this service, you and your guests agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities, including the consumption or distribution of copyrighted materials. Activities that may interfere with network operations or other users' access are prohibited. Gripastudio reserves the right to monitor, modify, suspend, or discontinue the public Wi-Fi service at any time without prior notice, especially if usage interferes with network operations or violates these terms. You must take precautions to protect your data and activities, as Gripastudio does not guarantee the security or privacy of user data or communications. As stipulated in the 'Service Interruptions' clause, Gripastudio is not liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred due to service quality or interruption.

Health protocols and guests wellness. To help improve air quality within the studios, every studio is equipped with a HEPA air purifier. Any individual, including you or your guest, who is not feeling well or exhibits symptoms of illness is strongly requested to keep your mask on at all times during the event and maintain a safe distance from others. You, as the event host, are responsible for monitoring the wellness of your guests. If you are aware that any guest is unwell, you must ensure that the guest adheres strictly to these protective health protocols while on the premises. Gripastudio management reserves the right to request individuals who are visibly unwell to isolate or leave the premises if their presence poses an unacceptable risk to the health and safety of others.

Respecting others and neighbourhood courtesy. You hereby acknowledge that you and your guests are visitors and guests on our premises. All patrons are expected to show courtesy and respect toward other clients, guests, and our crew. Gripastudio is located within a residential compound. You are responsible for ensuring that your event activities and the conduct of your guests do not cause nuisance or disturbance to our neighbours. Our standard operational hours are 08:00 to 20:00. While events may occasionally be approved to start at 07:00 and end by 21:30 at the latest, noise levels must be kept low throughout the event. Strict silence must be maintained after 22:00. No event activities are permitted after 21:30. Clients and all guests must leave the premises quietly and without causing disturbance immediately after the event concludes to respect the residential surroundings.

Swimming pool use and risk assumption. The use of the swimming pool and the Poolside area is undertaken ENTIRELY at your, and your guests, own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and Gripastudio assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or fatalities arising from pool use. The pool is intended for use only by authorised individuals with sufficient swimming skills and ability in water safety/rescue techniques. Children and individuals who are not strong swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You and your guests must practice good personal hygiene. You and your guests are required to shower or rinse yourselves before entering the pool and must wear appropriate swim-wear at all times while in the water. While in the Poolside area, you and your guests must strictly adhere to general safety rules, including, but is not limited to no diving, no running or rough play, no sharp objects, no smoking, no food and beverages, no alcohol, and no pets. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gripastudio, the pool owner, and the operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your or your guests' use of the swimming pool and Poolside area.

Content creation, IPR, and commercial compliance. You hereby agree that all content created, produced, or published within the vicinity of Gripastudio shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ethics, social norms, and industry standards. You acknowledge that the studio and objects within its area, including but not limited to architectural design, art pieces, music, and fixed decor, may contain or be subject to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) belonging to Gripastudio or third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content creation activities do not infringe upon any such IPR. Any production or recording for commercial use is strictly not permissible unless granted in writing by our management. For approved commercial shoots, you must declare in detail the nature of the content, crew size, equipment list, and intended activities prior to the event. Unapproved commercial activity is subject to immediate termination without refund. You acknowledge that commercial productions may be subject to additional fees beyond the standard venue rental rate, determined solely by Gripastudio management. You agree to respect the privacy of others and will avoid recording or filming our tenants, clients, guests/patrons, hosts, and crew residing in or around the content creation area, unless explicit written permission is obtained. Any breach of this clause will be considered a material breach and may result in the immediate cancellation of your event, potential legal action, penalty charges payable to Gripastudio, and a request to take down such content from any platform.

Drone operation and compliance. The operation of drones on, over, or inside any area of Gripastudio premises, including the studios, private property, and common areas, is strictly prohibited without explicit prior written approval from the management. All approved drone operators must strictly comply with all applicable national and local regulations governing drone usage. You are solely responsible for ensuring this compliance. The management reserves the right to approve or deny any drone operation request at its sole discretion. Factors considered include, but are not limited to, safety, privacy, noise concerns, and potential damage risks. Gripastudio is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of unauthorized or negligent drone operations. You are fully and solely liable for any damages to Gripastudio property or injury to patrons caused by their drone operations.

Power Failures, service interruptions, and other failures. Gripastudio will make every effort to continue providing services in the event of a power failure. However, certain services may be limited or reduced (e.g., loss of air conditioning, lighting, or other amenities). Gripastudio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including but not limited to public Wi-Fi failure, temporary utility disruptions, or reduced functionality. Gripastudio is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any loss of time, quality, or overall experience, damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from such circumstances or from any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations due to events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances (“Force Majeure”). In the event of Force Majeure, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible.

Gross Negligence, Serious Misconduct, and Immediate Blacklisting. Gripastudio reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to immediately flag, permanently blacklist, and deny future access to any client, PIC, or affiliated party (including institutions, representatives, or recurring organizers) who demonstrates gross negligence, serious misconduct, or a gross lack of respect toward Gripastudio’s rules, safety standards, crew, facilities, or other patrons. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to: deliberate or reckless disregard of written or verbal instructions; repeated or intentional violations of safety or operational protocols; abusive, intimidating, or threatening behavior toward crew, vendors, or other patrons; unauthorized use, modification, or misuse of facilities or equipment; actions that endanger persons or property; conduct that materially disrupts studio operations or damages Gripastudio’s reputation; and the provision of false, misleading, incomplete, or materially inaccurate information regarding the nature of the event, the scope of production, equipment usage, crew size, commercial intent, or the identity, role, or profile of the client, PIC, or organizing entity. In such cases, blacklisting may be imposed immediately, permanently, without revocation, and without prior notice, and Gripastudio shall have no obligation to provide warning, explanation, or opportunity to cure. Any ongoing or future bookings may be cancelled without refund, and any outstanding liabilities, penalties, or damages shall remain fully chargeable to the client.
